过去一年中，我们在中国又多了两个机构，FESCO Adecco 苏州和 FA Talent，他们的加入使我们的大家庭有了7个“兄弟姐妹”。目前，我们的足迹已覆盖上海、浙江、深圳、重庆、苏州和北京，服务客户近10,000家，服务员工数突破80万。

在 FESCO Adecco，我们始终紧跟互联网的浪潮，悉心倾听来自客户的反馈，只为带来更高效、专业的人力资源服务，和蚂蚁金服一起成立人力窝便是一个很好的例子。在曾和我们并肩战斗的兄弟马西亚的带领下，人力窝将专注人力资源服务业的痛点，为这个行业带来根本变革。相信在不久的将来，人力窝会成为众多中小企业的“CHO”。

今年的另一大突破是福利外包业务的迅猛发展。我们上线了新的大福利平台FAFULI，提供更便利的在线健康保险理赔、体检预约、弹性福利等服务，同时，这些创新也越来越为客户和员工所接受。

这一年，我们的业务流水首次突破了200亿，实现100亿我们几乎用了10年的时间，而第二个100亿我们只用了不到3年。这些喜人的成长，都离不开您一直以来的帮助与扶持。我们会继续加快拓展的脚步，用最优异的服务，答谢每一份沉甸甸的信任。

Dear Valued Client,

As the year draws to a close, we would like to express our deepest appreciation for your support through 2016.

It has been a busy and successful year for us as we continued to expand our operations in China with the setting up of FESCO Adecco Suzhou and FA Talent. This brings us to a network of 7 offices - in Shanghai, Zhejiang, Shenzhen, Chongqing, Suzhou and Beijing, where we serve more than 10,000 clients and 800,000 associates.

Incorporating internet solutions with the valuable feedback we receive from our clients, we work to constantly come up with more efficient, effective solutions to better serve them. A significant development from this was the formation of WOWOOHR, with Ant Financial. Headed by Max Ma, our ex-COO, its mission is to bring affordable and convenient basic HR services like payroll and social contribution to the small and medium-sized companies.

Another breakthrough for us was in Employee Benefits Outsourcing. Here, we introduced a variety of highly flexible employee benefit packages customized to suit inpidual needs. Available on a new benefits management platform, namely FAFULI, it provides a fast, efficient way to book medical check-ups and even process entire medical insurance claims online. The feedback from both users and clients has been extremely positive.

Our turnover for mainland China reached 20 billion RMB this year. The growth we have experienced over the years is because of customers like you, who faithfully support our business. We appreciate your trust, and we will do our best to continue to give you the kind of service you deserve.
